Ah, I guess you're the one who posted in my Overclock.net forum post.

I've seen overclocked systems running 1.2 volts so I was wondering if I could get away with less. Running 1.15 volts right now. Is it normal for a stock clocked 3930K to run 1.2 volts on VTT? I've seen overclocked systems running that much. If my BSOD or monitor distortion occurs again, I'll up it to 1.2 volts. Can lack of VTT cause monitor distortion?
