Question SuSE 8.2, commercial license for NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-5328-pkg1.run

Anybody any idea about this message?

SAX2 is reporting to get a commercial driver from nvidia. Does this making really sense!?
btw, gears is reporting 350 frames in 5.004 seconds = 69.944 FPS - anyway it is not possible to activate 3D via sax2.

thx, stefan
