If anyonw is still following this, I debugged this some more.

Apparently there is some more errors now.

There was one bug conflicting with this issue that are in the 3.2.* kernels, which craches the i915 driver. When I upgrade to a 3.3.* kernel, the i915 crash does not appear, the full dmesg is then:

The crash then progress a bit further:
* The screen flips upside-down and mirrors, stays for a few seconds (10-20)
* The screen flips back (10-20 sec.)
* The screen flips upside-down-morror and back ~30 times in a row
* The application crash.
