It would be worth it to me to pay $25 to upgrade all the music I have on my computer. None of my stuff is at 256Kbps. Most of it was from Napster and Audio Galaxy downloads back before they started shutting them down. My connection wasn't that great so I went for the 128Kbps downloads so it wouldn't take forever.
I don't care about cloud storage at all, it would be an added benefit. I just want upgraded and properly tagged music.
