Almost pulled the trigger on a 3450S and I'm glad I looked on Intel's site first. The 3450 and 3450S don't have VT-D support which is half of the reason I'm getting this setup. Also decided it wasn't worth it to get the S model since at idle all version of the processor are basically the same. Now the hard part is finding the right board that has VT-d and at least 1 PCI slot on it.
