Obviously, I confirm more regression yet with 302.07.
Now X doesn't start (with kernel 3.3.4) and screen go to power off.

and on bootstrap after loading of nvidia driver i see from some services error on use flock system call.

Can anyone said me if will be released a driver that will work before card will be depracated?!?!?!?
