Got bitten on Tuesday too. Agility 3. Pc complained "No Boot Device found". Took it out of my wife's pc and took it to my place. Tried to flash it with newer firmware. Hung for over 2 hours before I powered down (Q9450 with 20Mbit cable Internet, Toolbox_v3.02.06 on a fully patched Windows 7 Ultimate). The scary thing is I've got 3 of them

Time to RMA this damn thing. It's just 2 months old.
Never had a problem flashing my Intels. I have 5 X25M-G2.
Never again OCZ. Will stay with either Intel or Kingston. You get what you pay for.
