I did a ln -s to /usr/include/linux and got the darn thing working somehow. Well I would still like to hear anyones thoughts on this so maybe now I can figure out what i may have done right if I have to go through this again. Thanks!
Yes, I belive this is right. I have wery little experience with SuSe, but I had to install kernel headers for my kernel and add "--kernel-include-path /usr/src/kernel-headers-2.4.23-386/include" to get my drivers installed.
