So finally had some time to play with it last night, i actually got to reinstall Win 7 finally on my SSD drive, so now booting off the drive.

This Bios boots very fast! Compared to my last one anyway

From power on to the desktop is roughly 7 - 8 seconds.

So far systems seems stable since I upgraded to F6 bios, no boot loops or any weird issues and have rebooted it maybe 30 times or so after installing windows updates and drivers, but only @ stock speeds. I have not tried OC yet, I want to make sure everything is stable first.

So far I like it but I know I have not really delve much into all the BIOS settings. I will need some time to learn them.
