I think this issue is somehow connected with network (wifi) activity. Normally i can watch full 2h movie using mplayer without any problem, but if I start any (multi-connection) download, the same movie causes hard-freeze/kernel panic generated by Nvidia driver.

P.S. If I just start download without watching movie everything is fine.
