Okay the Cube GT30 tablet arrived and I'm pretty impressed. Build quality looks solid, screen looks pretty good and has nice viewing angels (definitely an IPS as advertised). The only thing is a bit of clouding/light spots on dark backgrounds, but nothing too bad, I'm just used to AMOLED which has none of that. When displaying websites/media/images it looks pretty damn good, obviously not iPad3 good but you can't expect that. It's very snappy and vanilla Android 4.0 is very well polished and nice to use.
I'll have to use it a bit more, but for the price... just wow, perfect so far.
I'd definitely prefer this to an iPad for $200+ less and actually better in a lot of ways so far. It ticks more boxes for me (16:10, good specs, ICS) than android tablets from the big players and it's a lot cheaper.
