I know cutscenes are a big part of this game but there should have been an option to skip them or at least being able to skip them after the first play through. Playing the game once was ok with all the lengthy cutscenes (barely) but when replaying the game those same cutscenes get old real quick. I guess Rockstar figured everyone was only going to play this game once.
