I kinda solved the problem by using a PCI-e card, which seems to be steady at 45/46°C.

I was worried because the temperature was rising, rising, rising... I shut down the computer at 64°C after a few minutes from the boot. I was worried because it's integrated and I didn't want the MB to suffer.

I don't know about previous drivers, I'm using this old MB because mine has a default and should be shipped back to the manufacturer.
