Sinofsky held his most current position
since 2009, but joined Microsoft more than 20 years ago (1989). All Things D says responsibility for Windows will now be split between two of Sinofsky's reports: Julie Larson-Green, who'll head up Windows engineering, and Tami Reller, who'll take care of the business side.
