Default LOGITECH has great customer support

I bought my logitech G9x mouse about six months ago and the left button started double clicking and would not work right.I called the warranty department and he asked where I bought it and wanted the serial and part number.He did'nt even ask me to send him a invoice,and did'nt even ask me to send the old mouse.He just shipped me a new G9x mouse.I could'nt believe the customer support ,but I am useing my new mouse right now and love it ,just hope it last more then six months.It says you should get 8 million clicks out of the buttons.
