Default ivb and haswell usb 3.0 driver for win 8 and 8.1

when is intel going to publish usb 3.0 drivers for windows 8 and 8.1? Intel is currently relying on microsoft generic drivers. Also, on my motherboard it uses the newest renesas usb 3.0 controller, the UPD720210. I can't find the renesas driver either, even on the gigabyte site for windows 8.1. Again renesas is relying on microsoft generic superspeed usb drivers. Sorry, I like to see vendor specific drivers for hardware enhancement by the vendor.
