KT266A, KT333, and KT400 should all offer improved performance over your KT266 with your PC2100 DDRRAM. however, it should be noted that the KT266A, KT333, and KT400 will probably all perform the same with the RAM you have now(within a single digit percentage difference), so you should snag a KT266A, or whatever happens to be cheaper.
