Default Driver and X windows error, Geforce4 card

Hi all, im new here so greetings!
Im also new to Linux entirely and have recently installed Debian on my box as a dual boot. Anyway, installation went ok but i could not startx. The error being that

'Fatal error'
'no screens found'

The XF86Conf is attached for your perusal! ) I have done quite a bit of reading and found that it could be the driver for the graphics card ( which is a NVIDIAgeforce4mx440 ).
I downloaded the driver NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-5328-pkg1.run but had a problem when installing it. It tryed to uncompress and coughed out an error, some of which was :

./usr/src/nv/precompiled/nv-linux.0-1.0-5328.rh72enterprise_2.4.7-10_i686
wrote only 9728 of 10240 bytes
tar:skipping to next header
tar:error exit delayed from previous errors
Extraction failed
Signal caught,cleaning up

So not sure what that all meant ??? lol any ideas ? Also attached is the XF86Conf file

would really appreciate any help you could provide

Thankyou

Debianrouner!
