I would hope that Nvidia didn't change the sound or network much for the 64 but there again I am just on a standard nforce 2 not an nforce 3 system.
Play with it on a small old harddrive until you get it right then set it up on your current ata drive
Er, I think that people aren't understanding.
I already have a working Linux install with my current machine. I use the 2.6.1 kernel with the latest Nvidia driver. I know that I'll have to downgrade the driver, as Nvidia does not have a proper AMD 64 version of the latest driver out yet. What I'm interested in is knowing what to put into the kernel to make sure that my drives work, but I'm not exactly new when it comes to configuring systems. I just want to make sure that I'll be able to at least mount my filesystems when I start up.
