Yes. Definitely. Not "maybe".
I paid several hundreds of dollars to nvidia for a graphics card, the least i expect is for it to WORK. If it doesn't, then -at least- having the specs OF WHAT I PAID FOR at hand could help me figure out wtf is wrong.
