Default Invalid Mem Allocation

I am trying to get a four-head setup working, with one AGP FX5200 and one PCI FX5200. I have horrible performance (moving a window or scrolling a browser page is very slow and makes the CPU usage of X jump to 99%) and when I exit X the system locks up about 1 time in 3. Sometimes it locks up in X. In my log I see several instances of this:

(WW) ****INVALID MEM ALLOCATION**** b: 0xff000000 e: 0xffffffff correcting

I can see this being related to the lockups, but what about the slow performance?

I have Red Hat 9 running on a P4 with Intel875 motherboard.
Please find my XF86Config and XFree86.0.log attached.
