After installing the drivers and editing x86config as per readme I was getting what appeared to be a crash, the screen would go completely blank with no pc activity and dead keyboard needing a hard reboot. Searching the forum I saw that a lot of people are posting similar problems so i thought I would report how I fixed it.

I don't know whether my pc would have eventually booted if left for long enough, I left it for 3-4 minutes at least, but applying this fix solved the problem.
I have a crt monitor so I added the line,
option "IgnoreDisplayDevices" "DFP, TV"
and it now boots perfectly.
