Default Audio not working.

For some reason I am not getting audio, I install the x86_64 Nforce drivers and everything goes okay except when I /sbin/insmod nvaudio I get this:

[root@tuxpenguin bana]# /sbin/insmod nvaudio
Using /lib/modules/2.4.22-1.2166.nptl/kernel/drivers/sound/nvaudio.o

I dont understand, is it trying to find the AC97 Codec? My sound card is a Via Envy 24PT which isn't the normal Realtek one so is that the problem? Any help is Greatly appreciated, I am completely at a loss.

My detailed system specs are: Chaintech ZNF3-150 Nforce 3 board, 1GB Ram, Athlon 64 3200+, Via Envy 24PT onboard sound with CMR (riser card that came with mobo) card inserted into the motherboard.
