Hard Capping FPS?
I have been hearing rumblings about this lately,
Apparently more Developers will be doing this to games in the future, to the tune of 60FPS. They say it gives them better control over things like filtering and effects.
Will the most 'uber FPS possible' that many are dazzled by, become a thing of the past?
Personally I have always been a fan of smooth more consistent FPS as opposed to screaming high FPS with wild fluctuations.
