Sorry Nick...seems like Goofer derailed yet another thread. To answer your question, yes, anyone can submit smilies for us to consider. Getting it added involves a lengthy process of checks and balances as well as some men in white powdered wigs to discuss the sumbissions. j/k I think it's ultimately up to MikeC and/or |JuiceZ| so you'd have to check with them via PM I'd say.
