Talking failed

sorry, it doesnt work.

Every time i restart my x-window system after the changes, the XF86Config looks like this again:
Section "Screen"
Identifier "Screen0"
Device "Videocard0"
Monitor "Monitor0"
DefaultDepth 16
SubSection "Display"
Depth 16
Modes "800x600" "640x480"
EndSubSection
EndSection

It should look this way, right?
Section "Screen"
Identifier "Screen0"
Device "Videocard0"
Monitor "Monitor0"
DefaultDepth 16
SubSection "Display"
Depth 16
Modes "1024x768" "800x600" "640x480"
EndSubSection
EndSection

There was also a SubSection "Display" too, where only Modes "800x600" was in it without the Depth. I tried it with this line and without this (with 1024x768), but nothing changed. First I only want to have 16bit depth, and when this runs i can try it with 24 and 32bit.

What should I do now?
