he appeared to request as much on several occasions both here and elsewhere... unfortunately his psots are no longer available to hold up as proof but suffice it to say most of the regs saw it often enough...
as digi himself has said he was surprised it didn't happen sooner so obviously he was kind of expecting it
as far as the obituary page goes... some people make a bigger deal out of things than others...
