Huh? What should i do?

I have AMD k6-2 400MHz, 256Mb,
Gainward GF2 TI 500, RedHat 8.0.
I had the same trouble after I did a make menuconfig and trying to recompile the kernel. Had trouble with the compile on my laptop so I gave up, then tried to install the NVIDIA drivers and got your error.

I Fixed the problem by doing an:
rpm -e glibc-kernelheaders
rpm -e kernel-source

Then re-installed them, I have the updated -17 kernel

rpm -ivh glibc-kernelheaders*
rpm -ivh kernel-source-2.4.18-17*

after that the nvidia driver built ok.
