It's an MSI card and unfortunately they only provide support via email and that is to their Taiwan Headquarters. I've emailed them describing the problem and I've had an auto-reply telling me to expect a reply within 48 hours.

Given that some people have been using very low spec PSUs I had hoped that I would be able to run a NU on one of my two PSUs. But as you say it might not even be a PSU problem.
My mistake, MSI UK do provide Technical Support via an online form.
Some ppl have reported faulty MSI bios. If all else fails, and MSI tech doesnt help you, you can try flashing the bios with another vendors bios. Many ppl using Ultras and GT's have doen that and have gotten rid of their problems.
