Just tried "NoBandWidthTest", and then "IgnoreEDID". In both cases, the monitor still says 162 MHz. Either the Monitor is "lying" (i.e. if I'm displaying 1600x1200 then I must be receiving ...), or the NVidia driver/card refuses to honor custom mode lines (i.e. My modeline is better than your modeline ...) . Can't think of anything else to try without a high speed oscilliscope
