Default Can't Commpile 6111 Drivers on Mandrake 10

I am running Mandrake 10 kernel 2.6.3-15.mdk and for some reason when I try to run the nvidia installer i get this error:

" Unable to build the NVIDIA kernel module."
"Installation has failed. Please see the file
'/var/log/nvidia-installer.log' for details. You may find suggestions
on fixing installation problems in the README available on the Linux
driver download page at www.nvidia.com."

Can someone please help. Here is the log file:
