Ugh, horrible, horrible idea. The entire reason I like playing on Live is because it's a level playing field for everyone and noone has an advantage (i.e. same framerate, graphics, control method, etc.). This pretty much destroys that continuity, so I might as well just not play console FPS games online anymore. Sad that this thing has to come out RIGHT before Halo 2 does, the game will basically be broken on day one. I hope there's a way MS can lock it out online (although how they would do that I have no idea). Well, at least this will stop some of the whining's people have about playing FPS on consoles.
