Mallec, I hope this is not too late, anyway, you need to install just 2.4.18-bf2.4 kernel headers to install nvidia driver.
apt-get install kernel-headers-2.4.18-bf2.4
then, you point your --kernel-include-path to /usr/src/kernel-headers-2.4.18-bf2.4 (that is the path, as I recall)
