Hopefully your next one will be better than this one. Mine is a November model and doesn't seem to suffer from the backlight issue so hopefully you dont get another defective one. Let us know how it goes.
Btw, always do overnight shipping on monitors. This way it doesn't get beat up for 4/5 days with ground

Love the monitor otherwise, just hope they get the backlighting issue straightened out.
