Dell has an no questions asked return policy for the first 21 days after purchase. Juse call the tech support number and request a replacement and depending on availibility, it will be overnighted to you. You just ship back which ever one is worse.
Quick question though, which revision did you get? The newer Dec revision is the one not likely to have issues.
