Well all over the EQ 2 forums and here as well. People have been referring to NV4x SM 3.0 implementation as broken and EQ 2 being a primary example.

I know the performance issues are frustrating people. And I wish I could tell you more what I really know. But I cant right now. I can just tell you what we already know. "Its being worked on"
