Re: nForce (one) drivers, what's available ?
nForce has native (opensource) support in the kernel(sound, chipset, network), weather in Ubuntu kernel I dont know. It's worth saying that Windows is fast largly by preloading apps, is scandalus how Windows uses memory.
Linux doesn't need the tweaking like Windows because it's not falsely fast, compiling your own kernel and enabling options can speed thing up.
