Added an explicit modeline in xorg.conf and added:

As stated here
the options in xorg.conf help nothing.
you got to load your nvidida driver with
sudo modprobe nvidia NVreg_SoftEDIDs=0 NVreg_Mobile=1
or edit your /etc/modules
(depends on your distribution)
nvidia NVreg_SoftEDIDs=0 NVreg_Mobile=1
You should use
, whatever works better ( for me its "3", which is the default )
