As stated here

the options in xorg.conf help nothing.
you got to load your nvidida driver with
Code:
sudo modprobe nvidia NVreg_SoftEDIDs=0 NVreg_Mobile=1
or edit your /etc/modules or /etc/modprobe.conf (depends on your distribution)
and insert

nvidia NVreg_SoftEDIDs=0 NVreg_Mobile=1
You should use
Code:
Option  "NvAgp"  "1"
or
Code:
Option  "NvAgp"  "3"
, whatever works better ( for me its "3", which is the default )
