This part is incorrect:

Section "Screen"
Identifier "Screen0"
Device "nvidiactl" <--- needs to be the identifier of the device section to use
Monitor "Monitor0"
DefaultDepth 16

Change "Device" = "nvidiactl" to "Device" = "NVIDIA GeForce 2 MX"
