Default Re: Trying to make headway into finding the Xid crashes source...

With apic:
Code:
           CPU0 CPU1
  0: 1174946 1168654 IO-APIC-edge timer
  1: 378 363 IO-APIC-edge i8042
  8: 1 0 IO-APIC-edge rtc
  9: 0 1 IO-APIC-level acpi
 14: 46071 47661 IO-APIC-edge ide0
 15: 47625 47597 IO-APIC-edge ide1
169: 25472 14860 IO-APIC-level aic7xxx
177: 7422 18 IO-APIC-level ehci_hcd, eth0
185: 509 761 IO-APIC-level EMU10K1, ohci_hcd
193: 8217 7840 IO-APIC-level CMI8738-MC6, ohci_hcd
201: 163386 162221 IO-APIC-level nvidia
NMI: 0 0
LOC: 2343569 2343568
ERR: 0
MIS: 0
I've managed to stop the IRQ sharing on both apic and noapic; but the sadly enough, I managed to Xid both of them.
Noapic is more stable, but Xid's never-the-less.

Cheers,
