yeah, at this moment, your CPU fan is sppining on 1600-2000 rpm. that isnt very good for the temps you have.
the optimum fan-speed on idle should be between 2500-2800 ( an approximation)
similarly the optimum fan-speed while gaming and loading should be 3300-3900.
anything below that will make your CPU heat up. and anything above that fan-speed will disturb you (the fanspeed of 4100+ noises out)
Now, i dont know the exact option for the fan speed in MSI Boards, and i dont knw much about award BIOS. or else i would have given you step-by-step procedure.
