Well, sadly, the lines came out again. I do not think this has to do with anything with the drivers or the operating system. When they appear, they appear even at boot time when there is a blue text or background. I can see these even when I enter bios. They are really annoying

I suspect that the monitor has some defect. Not sure what other reason this could be.
