Default Would it be safe to install a Geforce 6200?

I bought my pc back in 2003. It is an HP computer and I have a Geforce FX 5200 running smooth in it. However I have noticed that I could use a little bit more speed when rendering games. I don't know much about power supplies but I know I have a 200 watt one and I found out the specs but I cant say I understand any of it. So I am wondering if I could install this 6200 in my pc.

This is the powersupply that is in my pc

These are my general pc specs (i added the vid card after purchase)

Well hopefully someone here can help me. I really dont want to fry my power supply. Any help you can give me would be great. Thanks!
