try downloading the last 8x.xx drivers from
www.nvidia.com . try dusting it off. heat can be the problem, make sure it has good cooling (like an extra fan, or a better one, and check the temperature in the nVidia control panel). If its overclocked, your OC might be too high. Most likely the drivers and/or heat.
