Sure! heres what you need to do :
1) Copy & paste this into your nvapps.xml file located in system32 folder.

2) go into the control panel & choose this profile & pick your settings (like AA/AF/IQ etc... for this game though both AA/AF might need to be @app pref).
3) Click "Apply"
4) Run the game!
Hint : to check if your performance has increased i recommend checking the framerate in the main menu (the Mustang scene) like .. pick a spot/view angle & make it a base for comparsion.
with this profile i'm playing @1280x1024,8xAA,8xAF,maxed settings & my avarage fps is 40 , minimum 25fps. not bad at all!
