It _is_ simple if you're experienced enough and ever designed something API hooking related. Implementation of D3D tripple buffering forcing tool from scratch won't take more than one day of work. And punkbuster issues is just a question of proxy library/API hooking approach usage.
However, I hope that ppl behind NV tools are more will be more fair than copypaster behind ATT and allow demiurg to improve his own original tool instead of stealing/cloning his idea.
