Unfortunately since the GeForce 6 series the Video card bios post was removed.

The card is not an EVGA card.

Rev00 sticker indicates it is possibly an engineering sample.

It does very much look like a 6800Ultra, but has the GT fan and heatsink assembly.

It could possibly be an engineering sample of a 6800LE that never made it to market.

Installing the card and opening the driver control panel should give an indication of the card, but if it has a modified bios that wont help. Only other way is to open the bios with a bios editor and see what the device ID number is and the Vendor ID# is. Then you can get closer to finding out exactly what and where the card is from.
