Default Segmentation Fault with Graphics Drivers

I have a Jaton GeForce 3DForce MX4000Twin 8x AGP dual head video card. I'm running Debian Linux and trying to install the nVidia graphics driver. When I try to install the driver the following happens:
Code:
~$ sh NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-1.0-7676-pkg2.run
Verifying archive integrity... OK
Uncompressing NVIDIA Accelerated Graphics Driver for Linux-x86_64 1.0-7676..........................................................................
NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-1.0-7676-pkg2.run: line 653: 4406 Segmentation fault $script $scriptargs $*
Does anyone know what might cause this? Am I using the right driver? Will I need to have anything else installed, such as xinerama? Does it make a difference if my OS is 32 or 64 bit? Can I definitely get dual screens running on my system?
