The AGP version is using crap NV40 cores (a 16-pipe native core that likely can't run at 16-pipes), while the PCI-E version is NV42 (12-pipe native).

The GTO2 isnt, but the regular GTO is. It's $193 at Newegg. It would liekly edge out this AGP GS, but it's a tad slower than the PCI-E GS (beating it in some games/benches). Overall, the X800GTO is the best sub-$200 AGP card today.
