Yes, the GF 6200 series does not support FP16 HDR like their bigger brothers. Only Valve's low precision HDR is supported through SM2.0.
The reason for this is that the GF 6200 is not capable of performing anyhow adequatly FP16 blending and filtering calculations and therefore nvidia hardware disabled those features. Not enough bandwidth available on the 6200.
